We work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs, and startups. **About the Role** We are seeking a **Data Analyst with experience in financial markets and regulatory reporting**, to collaborate within the **Market Regulations** area, participating in BAU processes related to **DFA and EMIR**. **Responsibilities:** * Execute **DFA and EMIR** reconciliations between internal systems and trades reported to **Trade Repositories**. * Verify that trade reports for **swaps** and their mandatory terms are submitted **accurately, completely, and correctly**. * Analyze large volumes of data originating from multiple sources. * Automate analytical, control, and regulatory reporting processes. * Develop analytical tools to facilitate detection of incidents and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with functional and technical teams in multidisciplinary environments. * Translate business requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions. **Requirements:** * Demonstrable experience using **Python** for data analysis and processing. * Knowledge of libraries such as **Pandas, NumPy, PySpark**, or similar. * Experience working with **large volumes of information** and multiple data sources. * Experience in **process automation** and development of analytical tools. * Knowledge of **financial markets** and **regulatory reporting** environments. * Familiarity with **EMIR** and **DFA** regulations. * Proficiency in **SQL**, data modeling, data architectures, **data lakes**, and **cloud** environments. * Advanced level of **English**. **Nice-to-have:** * Strong analytical capability and orientation toward solving complex problems. * Critical thinking and structured approach to data analysis. * Autonomy and proactivity in identifying improvement opportunities. * Ability to abstract and design scalable solutions. * Mindset oriented toward automation, simplification, and continuous improvement. * Proactivity * Drive for excellence. * Empathy and ability to work effectively in teams. * Capacity for learning and attention to detail. * Client orientation. **We offer:** * Flexible compensation package: We tailor it to your experience and expectations. * Flexible benefits: health insurance, meal vouchers, training, etc. * Free training to support your professional growth. * Free English classes based on your proficiency level. * Opportunity to participate in diverse, interesting international projects within a continuously growing sector.
