With over 10 years of experience and more than 300 executed BIM contracts across Spain and Latin America, we participate in highly complex projects related to railway infrastructure, civil works, energy, hospitals, and large-scale construction developments. We are currently seeking a **BIM Specialist for Construction Execution** to join, in person, a landmark building project in Madrid, managing and updating BIM models during the execution phase, ensuring proper technical coordination, documentary traceability, and As-Built project updates in collaboration with site teams, Technical Offices, and engineering firms. ##### **Key Responsibilities** * Updating and maintaining BIM models and **As-Built** documentation. * Implementing design changes into BIM models. * Extracting drawings, graphical documentation, and quantity take-offs. * BIM coordination among architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines. * Document management and version control in ACC and Trimble Connect. * Detecting and tracking technical issues and clashes. * Providing BIM support to site teams and Technical Offices. ##### **Requirements** * Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, BIM, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience applying BIM in construction projects. * Experience in high-complexity building or construction projects. * Knowledge of As-Built updating and technical BIM coordination. * Ability to interpret drawings and construction solutions. ##### **What We Value** * Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Trimble Connect, and AutoCAD. * Experience in BIM coordination and construction document management. * Organized, solution-oriented, and detail-focused profile. * Ability to collaborate effectively in technical environments. ##### **What We Offer** * Permanent employment contract. * Involvement in a high-impact technical project. * A specialized environment focused on BIM innovation. * Opportunities for professional growth. * **On-site work in Madrid**. * Full-time schedule aligned with Spain’s working hours **(09:00–18:00).**
