From Quirónsalud’s private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for **a Surgical Block Coordinator** for the **Ruber Juan Bravo University Hospital**, located in one of the most central areas of Madrid. What will be your **mission**? To coordinate and facilitate activities related to the care process, ensuring optimal quality thereof among the professionals you coordinate, applying the knowledge inherent to your role and following the center’s guidelines based on each area’s clinical protocols, thereby contributing to delivering an excellent-quality service. What will be your main **functions and responsibilities**? * You will verify that tasks and activities are carried out in accordance with medical and nursing protocols, care processes, and established workflows. * You will ensure adequate stock levels of pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, and warehouse materials for the area, and control related inventory items. * You will supervise the maintenance, preservation, and proper handling of the Unit’s equipment. * You will anticipate the surgical instruments and equipment required by the Unit, based on scheduled surgical interventions. * You will motivate Service staff to achieve the Group’s defined performance indicators.
