Coordinate with authorities and internal teams to guarantee vehicle recovery and prepare all required documentation for each case. * **Blocklist Management**: Ensure compliance with defined security criteria and maintain an up-to-date database to prevent future risks. Evaluate and analyze requests from branch operations departments to block suspicious situations in the system. * **Judicial Summons Management**: Track judicial summons linked to security incidents, ensuring the company fulfills all legal obligations and submits required documents for each proceeding. * **RACE Authorization Creation**: Generate and supervise authorizations related to roadside assistance services, ensuring correct processing and resolution of mobility incidents. * **Billing Management**: Accurately control billing associated with security processes, supervise proper allocation of expenses and revenues, and ensure consistency of accounting documentation. * **Risk Management**: Act as the communication link between our branches, serving as the point of contact and reference person so that our employees understand and correctly apply the SIXT protocol in potential risk situations. **YOUR SKILLS MATTER** * **Education**: University degree in criminology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), risk management, or related fields. * **Experience**: Experience in similar roles, preferably in corporate security, risk management, or asset recovery. * **Skills**: You possess strong organizational and planning abilities. You pay close attention to detail and can work effectively under pressure. * **English**: You have fluent English and can communicate effortlessly in this language. * **Personal Characteristics**: A solution-oriented individual with initiative and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
