About the Position
We are pleased to present you with the opportunity to join our Operations team as a Maintenance and Quality Control Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Technician
* Preventive maintenance
* Corrective maintenance
* Performing new store installations and expansions
* Installing smart home control panels and adapting equipment
* Commissioning machines supplied by the brand
* Participating in and collaborating on R\+D\+I projects
* Collaborating with the After-Sales Service Coordinator to prepare quotations
Verification and commissioning of all store systems prior to opening
* Site visit during construction to verify quality and brand standards according to the construction specification document, and documenting required corrections for subsequent action by the construction company
* Verifying general store commissioning and ensuring opening by implementing necessary direct or indirect corrections
* Collecting all technical information about the store to create the project file
* Providing user-level technical training to the franchisee upon opening
* Collaborating with the Project Manager (PM) for local legal compliance
Who We Are Looking For
* Prior experience in technical maintenance roles
* Solid experience in electronics, electricity, electromechanics, and general laundry or related industrial installations for identifying incidents
* Proficiency in computer systems, blueprint interpretation, and electrical schematics is considered a plus
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, franchisees, and suppliers
* Ability to analyze malfunctions and make resolution decisions under supervision from responsible personnel
* Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Capable of developing strategies to improve store performance
* Ability to solve problems effectively and promptly
* Customer-oriented, with professional skills to handle inquiries and complaints
* Teamwork capability
* Self-motivated individual
* Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
* Must be available to travel
* Training in electronics
* Secondary vocational education (FP) or higher
