The professional will independently execute daily logistics planning, ensuring compliance with supply and distribution plans. Their responsibilities include full management of operational scheduling, covering product transfers, pipeline flows, terminal operations, and import/export processes. To achieve this, they must coordinate all physical movements across the logistics network, anticipate potential risks, and resolve any deviations that arise to maintain service continuity. A key part of the role is leading day-to-day operational relationships with various external logistics providers, such as warehouse managers, terminal operators, and maritime and land transportation companies. It is also necessary to continuously monitor inventory levels and operational constraints to ensure supply to various commercial units, proactively proposing corrective actions. Analyzing impacts caused by delays, supply interruptions, or misalignments between planning and execution will be critical to minimizing their effects on the supply chain. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with product technical specifications, applicable regulations, and safety standards for each operation. The incumbent will act as an escalation point for resolving complex incidents, coordinating solutions with internal departments and external providers. Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing costs is also expected. A minimum of five years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain execution, terminal management, or operational planning is required; experience within the Oil & Gas or energy sector is preferred. A university degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines is mandatory. The candidate must possess solid knowledge of how complex logistics networks operate, including terminals, pipelines, storage facilities, and various transportation modes.
