The candidate will lead end-to-end AI initiatives, developing predictive models and intelligent algorithms that generate high-impact insights and support decision-making. They will collaborate closely with various business units to identify needs, define use cases, and execute the AI adoption roadmap. Essential requirements include proven experience leading complex AI projects and a strong university-level technical background: * Designing and implementing advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions. * Developing predictive models, learning algorithms, and Generative AI solutions. * Translating business needs into actionable use cases and valuable technical solutions. * Deriving actionable insights from data to drive decision-making. * Defining and executing AI application strategies across business products and processes. * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve strategic challenges using AI technologies. **Requirements** -------------- What are we looking for?
