We regularly advise most top-tier banks across Europe. **Key responsibilities include:** Advising on the implementation of new regulations Supporting applications for the establishment of regulated entities or for modifications or expansions of their activities Drafting and negotiating banking contracts Resolving disputes and issuing legal opinions on banking or capital markets matters We advise on conduct rules and best practices in the financial sector, including responding to customer complaints addressed to client service departments and supervisory authorities on issues related to market abuse, securities markets, and securities clearing and settlement. We also have extensive experience advising on acquisitions, preparatory steps for takeovers, mergers, as well as restructuring, spin-offs, dissolution, and liquidation of regulated entities—particularly in the restructuring and resolution processes of credit institutions and investment firms.
