Beyond technical expertise, we want to meet someone who enjoys understanding how business pieces fit together—who can **connect data with decisions**, identify **opportunities for improvement**, and **collaborate effectively** to transform ideas into results. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of unsecured debt portfolios, helping maximize their performance through analysis, strategy optimization, and identification of opportunities for improvement in operational processes. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will analyze portfolio behavior and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve outcomes. * You will participate in defining, monitoring, and optimizing recovery strategies, contributing an analytical perspective focused on continuous improvement. * You will prepare performance forecasts and detect potential risks, proactively proposing actions and solutions. * You will integrate information from multiple sources to enable agile and well-founded decision-making. * You will work with KPIs and business metrics to understand the impact of operational decisions and identify areas for improvement. * You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and fostering cross-functional work. * You will drive process improvement initiatives, simplification, and operational efficiency. * You will contribute to cultivating a culture rooted in learning, curiosity, and the continuous pursuit of better ways to do things. **What we’re looking for in you** We’d love to meet you if you are someone who: * Enjoys analyzing information and is able to transform data into insights and actions. * Easily "connects the dots", understanding how decisions impact different areas of the business. * Approaches challenges with curiosity, energy, and a solutions-oriented mindset. * Acts proactively and does not wait for problems to arise before taking action. * Maintains an open mindset toward learning and continuously seeks professional development. * Communicates clearly and effectively, adapting to diverse audiences. * Enjoys collaborating with others and building relationships grounded in trust and respect. * Maintains a positive and resilient attitude amid complex or changing scenarios. **What we expect from you** * University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational or strategy teams within the financial sector or similar. Experience specifically in debt recovery will be highly valued. * Strong data analysis skills and hands-on experience with Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Intermediate English level (solid B1/B2\). * Growth mindset, adaptability to change, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Positive, solution-oriented attitude toward challenges and evolving contexts. **What you’ll find at KRUK?** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Hybrid work model: up to 60% remote work per month. 100% remote during summer, Christmas, long weekends, and Easter week. * Flexible working hours (start time between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., finish time from 4:30 p.m. onward). * Intensive workday on Fridays. * 23 working days of vacation plus one additional day on your birthday. * Complimentary private health insurance. * Monthly transportation allowance and remote work support.
