We are looking for an **Account Manager** with strong experience in selling **Microsoft Dynamics ERP** solutions. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the entire sales cycle—from identifying and attracting new clients to leading and closing commercial opportunities. We need someone who is effective from day one, strongly results-oriented, and comfortable working both with assigned accounts and generating new business. **Main Responsibilities:** * End-to-end management of the sales process for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions and related platforms. * Lead commercial opportunities assigned by Excelia, ensuring proactive follow-up and successful closure. * Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, enhancing their loyalty and growth. * Identify, attract, and generate new business opportunities in the target market. * Collaborate with consulting and pre-sales teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs. **Requirements:** * Extensive track record in marketing ERP solutions, with at least 5 years of successful experience selling Microsoft Dynamics solutions. * Additional experience selling other enterprise solutions (CRM, BI, etc.) will be valued. * Proven experience closing sales opportunities and generating new business from assigned accounts. * Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex commercial opportunities. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation. * Ability to plan and manage a client portfolio. * A university degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields is a plus. **What We Offer:** Stable contract with growth and development prospects within an international company.
