From BeFind, a Personnel Selection Consulting firm, we are seeking an experienced **Training Technician** for a national company headquartered in Madrid. This person will be the team member most responsible for communications and closures with FUNDAE. Their primary mission is to ensure compliance with all requirements mandated by FUNDAE to obtain the necessary training subsidies, thereby guaranteeing successful implementation of clients' training plans. **Main responsibilities:** * Liaising with group clients. * Receiving clients' training requests. * Uploading training actions (AAFF) into Abilitia. * Requesting necessary training providers from the Procurement Department, ensuring timely and proper execution of various training activities. * Planning online training jointly with the Internal Resources Department. * Informing clients about available schedules for implementing requested AAFF and confirming AAFF dates. * Managing labor contracts, if applicable, through the HR Department. * Completing management dashboards with records of AAFF. * Submitting AAFF information to FUNDAE and completing and signing off on FUNDAE processes. * Preparing and sending documentation required for managing training activities. * Tracking documentation received from trainers. * Managing modifications, cancellations, or changes to AAFF. * Identifying training needs and developing the Training Plan, as well as handling potential issues with RLTs. * Invoicing. **What do you need to bring?** * University degree: Bachelor’s in Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Business Studies, Law, Marketing, or Higher Vocational Training Cycle. * At least 2 years’ experience in end-to-end management of subsidized training projects. * Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Office 365\. * Specific training software. * Knowledge of e-learning platforms and solutions. * In-depth knowledge of FUNDAE regulations and their practical application. * Experience with Abilitia is especially valued. **What does the company offer?** * Gross annual salary between €18,000 and €22,000, depending on years of experience and professional performance. * Flexible working hours: Monday–Thursday (8:00–17:00, including 1-hour lunch break, with flexibility between 8:00–9:30) and Friday (8:00–15:00). * Hybrid work model (starting from the 2nd–3rd month after joining). * Indefinite-term contract.
