Manage medical expenditure **What will you do in our team?** Collaborate in general clinical analysis and control tasks related to negotiations and other negotiation matters, and drive the quality strategy through third-party provision. **Responsibilities** Analyze and control the evolution of medical expenditure from a clinical perspective, identifying deviations and preparing corrective proposals. Monitor clinical management indicators. Develop and maintain the standardized information system. Prepare and deliver ad\-hoc reports, monographic studies, and analyses requested by regional offices to enhance understanding of expenditure. Ensure that processes and procedures related to Clinical Control remain up-to-date and are executed efficiently and aligned with objective achievement. Collaborate in defining and analyzing negotiations with major hospital groups or other types of providers, coordinating agreed terms with various regional offices. Support regional offices in provider negotiations, including pre-negotiation analysis, impact calculation support, preliminary assessment prior to contracting new providers, etc. Serve as a two-way liaison between regional offices and other departments: primarily Legal Advisory, Medical Directorate, and Risk & Compliance. Interest in innovation and challenges arising from the digital transformation of the business based on technology. Vision of the most innovative analytical solutions in clinical management for future implementation. **What do you need?** Education: University degree. Minimum three years’ prior experience in a similar role within the insurance sector. Proven experience in medical expenditure management is essential.
