Position Summary: Line Control Quality Technician to ensure that packaged products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, through in-line controls and procedure monitoring. Support the quarantine and release of non-conforming products. **At IZZON Lab, we redefine excellence in the development and manufacturing of personal care and fragrance products, as part of Daler Management — a group encompassing companies such as Laboratorios Maverick and Grupo Ubesol.** **Position Description: Line Control Quality Technician** **Location:** San Fernando de Henares, Madrid **Department:** Quality **Reports to:** Quality Supervisor **Position Objective:** Ensure that packaged products meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process through in-line controls and procedure monitoring, thereby guaranteeing final product conformity prior to release. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\. Perform in-line production quality controls:** * Verify correct labeling, dosage, sealing, and product appearance. * Record incidents and communicate deviations to the responsible team. **2\. Supervise compliance with quality standards:** * Ensure operators follow established procedures. * Ensure compliance with product specifications or customer specifications. **3\. Manage sampling and finished product controls:** * Collect samples according to protocol. * Document results and collaborate with the laboratory for additional analysis. **4\. Support the quarantine and release of non-conforming products:** * Identify products with deviations. * Coordinate with Quality for segregation and resolution. **5\. Communication with Production:** * Maintain direct contact with operators and line supervisors. * Propose improvements to prevent recurrence. **Requirements:** * Qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (Medium or Higher Level) in Production, Quality, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum experience: 1 year in quality control on packaging or production lines, preferably in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food sectors. * Technical skills: Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ability to read technical specifications, and experience handling quality documentation. * Languages: Not required; basic English knowledge is an advantage. **Technical Knowledge:** * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Laboratory, Chemistry, or related fields; university education is valued. * Experience: 1\-2 years in quality control within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry. * Technical knowledge: GMP standards, line control analysis techniques. * Languages: Not required; English is valued. * Training: Initial and ongoing training in ISO 22716. **Key Competencies:** * Agility in detecting non-conformities. * Process control orientation. * Effective communication with production teams. * Rapid resolution of deviations. * Teamwork. * Focus on efficiency improvement. **Working Conditions and Benefits:** * **Full-time contract.** * **Childcare support:** €50/month allowance, valid until July of each year. * **Support for children with functional diversity:** €40/month allowance. * **Baby Kit:** Baby care products following the birth of your child. * **Christmas Lunch:** Company-sponsored Christmas lunch. * **Christmas Basket:** Christmas basket containing traditional products. * **EDENRED enrollment:** Activation of Childcare or Restaurant Vouchers. * **Health insurance:** Access to discounted health insurance for employees. * **Training Catalogue.** *We are a company* ***\#PeopleFirst*** *where people are the key to success.
