The company provides specialized services for partial and comprehensive renovations of residential buildings, offices, and all types of commercial premises, as well as construction of single-family homes. We seek an experienced, proactive, autonomous First-Class Construction Skilled Worker with leadership capability on site. Responsibilities * Performing masonry tasks in renovation and full-construction projects (partition walls, plastering, tiling, flooring, layout marking). * Formwork, flooring, floor leveling, cladding, and stonemasonry works. * Interpretation of blueprints and measurements. * Organization and supervision of laborers and lower-category skilled workers. * Operation of trade-specific tools and machinery. * Compliance with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a First-Class Skilled Worker in construction or renovation. * Proficiency in masonry and finishing works. * Demonstrable experience in flooring, tiling, plastering, bricklaying, plastering, metal and wood carpentry fixings, site leveling, among others. * Basic knowledge of drywall, plumbing, and electrical systems. * Ability to work autonomously. * Blueprint interpretation skills; basic layout marking from blueprints. * 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course (Mandatory) * 60-hour specialized construction course (Desirable) * Preferably reside in the Community of Madrid. * Valid Class B1 driver’s license (Mandatory) * Strong motivation to join a stable company committed to high-quality standards and professionalism. Benefits * Immediate hiring. * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00; Friday, 8:00–15:00. * Salary according to collective agreement. * Positive work environment and project continuity.
