This role focuses on carrying out **the industrial transformation of the factory toward the aerospace market.** The objective is **to study, optimize, validate, and control production processes** to ensure efficiency, repeatability, and robustness in manufacturing, guaranteeing compliance with IPC Class 3 requirements.
