**We are seeking, on behalf of one of our clients—a pharmaceutical laboratory located in Rivas\-Vaciamadrid**, a professional with experience in **Labor Relations**, but also with vision and background in **generalist Human Resources**, to support the organization’s development and actively participate in the **creation and consolidation of the HR department**.

Job Mission
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the **Labor Relations** area while simultaneously supporting generalist **Human Resources** processes, contributing to the design, implementation, and evolution of the HR department within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee all aspects related to **Labor Relations**: hiring, labor regulations, legal interpretation, document management, and incident tracking.
* Advise managers and senior leadership on labor matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
* Coordinate and support processes related to payroll, personnel administration, employee onboarding, offboarding, sick leaves (ITs), contractual modifications, and working time control.
* Engage with external consulting firms, labor service providers, and other key stakeholders.
* Collaborate in defining and implementing HR policies, procedures, and tools.
* Support generalist HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and internal communication.
* Help build and structure the Human Resources department by contributing judgment, order, and forward-looking vision.
* Propose improvements and ensure people management aligned with business needs and organizational culture.
Profile We Are Seeking
* University degree in **Labor Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE)** or related field.
* Professional experience of **5 to 10 years**, with a solid foundation in **Labor Relations**.
* Complementary experience in a **generalist HR role**.
* Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience in personnel administration.
* Prior experience in growth-oriented environments, mid-sized companies, or HR department creation/transformation projects is highly valued.
* Autonomous, solution-oriented profile with ability to combine strategic vision and operational execution.
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the company.
* Experience in the **pharmaceutical**, healthcare, or highly regulated sectors is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with the Chemical Industry Collective Agreement and/or agreements applicable to healthcare facilities is advantageous.
