At G2 Training, we are seeking to hire a coach to join our team on a permanent basis. We are not looking to cover isolated hours or temporary replacements. We want to bring on board someone who enjoys teaching, cares about client interaction, and wishes to be part of a long-term project. What do we offer? * Indefinite-term contract with probationary period. * Full-time position. * Rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * 35–40 working hours per week. * Monthly gross salary between **€1.400 and €1.600**, depending on experience and profile. * Planned start date: September. * An established box with over **300 active clients**. * Structured programming and a clearly defined methodology. * A close-knit, professional team with a positive working atmosphere. * A highly engaged and committed training community. What will your role be? You will become a core member of the box’s coaching team and play a key role in shaping our clients’ daily experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering group Cross Training and functional training classes. * Explaining, demonstrating, and correcting exercise technique. * Adapting movements according to each client’s level and individual needs. * Supporting and motivating participants throughout sessions. * Implementing the box’s daily programming. * Ensuring a safe, dynamic, and high-quality training experience. * Collaborating with the rest of the team to deliver consistent, professional service. Requirements The following qualification is mandatory: * TAFAD / TSEAS. * CAFYD (Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences). * Medium or Higher Vocational Training related to physical activity and sports. * Other solid qualifications related to functional training, strength training, weightlifting, applied gymnastics in training, or rehabilitation. We will also value: * Experience delivering group classes. * Experience working in CrossFit boxes or functional training centers. * Ability to manage groups effectively. * Strong communication skills. * Positive attitude and client-oriented mindset.
