




**Functions** * Establish both internal and external, qualitative and quantitative objectives. * Development of key risk maps. * Risk control. * Preparation and validation of macro planning and operational planning. * Periodic control and reconciliation of operational vs. actual planning. * Authorization of procurement/payments. * Preparation of evaluation report and final closure report. * Design, implementation, and evaluation of the company's digitalized document base. * Basic analysis of potential Human Resources. * Selection, implementation, and performance evaluation and integration of different specific software programs used. **Requirements** * University degree in Civil Engineering. * Master's in Finance. * Minimum of 8 years of professional experience. * Specific experience of 5 years in project or concession management or control. * Experience with project management tools and methodologies. * Knowledge and skills in enterprise management software and databases. * High proficiency in computer programs. * English language skills are valued.
