The selected candidate will play a key role in talent attraction and retention, working collaboratively with teams and contributing to continuous improvement of people-related processes. Collaboration with the Training Department will be viewed favorably. **What will your main responsibilities be?** * Manage end-to-end selection processes for various clinical and corporate profiles. * Publish and promote job openings across multiple channels (ATS, job portals, professional associations, LinkedIn, and social media). * Conduct CV screening and telephone interviews, preparing initial assessment reports. * Conduct in-person or remote interviews and prepare candidate evaluation reports. * Coordinate interviews with internal managers and monitor recruitment progress. * Manage internal selection processes and professional promotion initiatives. * Administer psychometric tests or other assessment tools. * Participate in onboarding processes for new hires. * Manage recruitment linked to student internship agreements and practical training placements. * Conduct exit interviews. * Participate in talent acquisition events (job fairs, universities, training centers). * Contribute to improving recruitment processes and tools. **Requirements:** ----------------- **What do we require from you?** * Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or prior experience in recruitment (ideally within healthcare or service-oriented environments). * Knowledge of interview techniques and selection tools. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills and people orientation. * Analytical ability and sound judgment in evaluating candidates. * Native-level proficiency in Catalan and Spanish (mandatory). * **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule: weekday mornings (Monday–Friday) + 2 afternoons. * Compensation commensurate with experience and contribution. * Hybrid work model, including one remote workday per week, subject to departmental coordination. **Why join our team?** * You will become part of a leading healthcare environment with highly specialized teams. * You will hold a role with tangible impact on people and the organization. * You will work within a close-knit team offering growth and development opportunities.
