Currently, we operate **12 residential care centers**, and we are undergoing a process of growth and expansion. We are currently seeking to hire a **Maintenance Technician** for our residential facility located in the **Maresme area**. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out **general maintenance tasks** at the facility (minor repairs, painting, basic electricity, plumbing, and carpentry). * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on **facilities** (lighting, water, air conditioning, doors, furniture, etc.). * Ensure the facility remains in good condition regarding **conservation, safety, and cleanliness**. * Monitor and **record** maintenance activities according to the established plan. * Collaborate with center staff to address minor **day-to-day incidents**. **We offer:** * Temporary contract (substitution) * Full-time work schedule of **40h/week** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00** * Annual gross salary of **€17,094–€20,000**, depending on experience, plus an annual performance bonus of up to **€1,500 gross** **Requirements:** * Training or studies related to **facility maintenance**, among others * Experience in maintenance of buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals, or residential facilities * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs * Office software skills to record performed maintenance activities **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the workplace * Training program * Uniform provided
