Job Offer: Professional Event Installer At Modern Vision Of Work, we are looking for a Professional Event Installer to join our operational team in Barcelona. We seek a person with experience in setting up and dismantling event spaces, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy to prepare installations for events, conferences, trade fairs, and special productions. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring each space is properly prepared, adhering to established quality, safety, and timing standards for every service. Your main responsibilities will include: Setup and preparation of spaces: - Assemble furniture, structures, decorative elements, equipment, and materials required for the successful execution of events. Organization and logistics: - Receive, transport, distribute, and place materials according to production manager instructions. Dismantling and collection: - Dismantle spaces after the event concludes, ensuring proper classification, collection, and preservation of used materials. Quality and safety control: - Ensure setups meet established standards, maintaining order, cleanliness, and appropriate working conditions. Teamwork: - Coordinate effectively with production teams, technicians, venue staff, and other professionals to ensure smooth event execution. Requirements Experience: - Proven experience in event, trade fair, conference, hospitality, audiovisual production, scenography, or related sectors. Technical knowledge: - Ability to interpret assembly instructions, use basic tools, and handle various materials and structures. Key competencies: - Organized, responsible, solution-oriented individual capable of working collaboratively under pressure and tight deadlines. Attitude: - Commitment, punctuality, attention to detail, and orientation toward delivering professional, high-quality service. Availability: - Flexible availability to work on events with variable schedules, including early setups, late-night dismantling, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
