Our core business focuses on three major areas: water—delivering solutions for both urban and industrial management; waste—transforming it into new resources; and energy—enhancing efficiency while reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description*** Collect necessary data to analyze occupational accidents. – Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive actions for approval by management within the relevant scope. – Collaborate with Occupational Health Surveillance services regarding worker health reviews. – Collaborate in developing emergency or self-protection plans, drills, etc., within the relevant scope of responsibility. – Propose OSH training plans for the relevant scope of responsibility, deliver required information and training as mandated by this role, and monitor implementation of training plans. – Collaborate in preparing annual preventive plans and reports, support tracking their execution, and report results to management. – Review and evaluate applicable legal requirements within the relevant scope of responsibility. – Advise and support businesses on inter-enterprise coordination obligations. – Propose organizational and process improvements. – Participate in procurement and tendering processes to ensure compliance with legal and technical OSH requirements. – Implement annual plan activities under direct responsibility and drive those outside such responsibility. – Ensure periodic updates of the Management System through adaptation of its common documentation. – Collaborate in and participate in Management System audits. – May participate in Occupational Safety and Health Committees within the relevant scope of responsibility. – Conduct assigned internal audits. – Provide maintenance services for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. – Participate in assigned projects. – Propose organizational and process improvements to reduce accident rates. – Ensure proper functioning of the Coordinaqua platform. – Conduct legislative reviews to ensure document updates. Requirements **Requirements** Qualification: **3 OSH SPECIALTIES** (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics / Applied Psychosociology) and preferably technical/engineering education. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in this position is preferred. Proficiency in Catalan and English.
