Your mission will be to coordinate and supervise planning across all involved disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping), ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to established timelines. You will work on both "brownfield" and "greenfield" projects, contributing your strategic vision and expertise to guarantee success. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * Developing and executing master planning schedules for industrial projects, covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases. * Reviewing, validating, and integrating planning submissions from contractors and suppliers, ensuring consistency with the overall project plan. * Actively verifying and monitoring milestone and key date compliance, identifying and mitigating potential deviations. * Multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring effective integration of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines into the overall planning framework. * Analyzing and reporting on planning status, identifying risks, and proposing corrective actions. * Providing technical support and assistance throughout all project phases, resolving planning-related issues. * Participating in progress review meetings and presenting updates to internal and external stakeholders. * Applying advanced planning methodologies and tools. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum 10 years of specific experience in planning development for industrial plant projects across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. * **Knowledge:** Demonstrable experience in both "brownfield" and "greenfield" projects. * **Coordination Skills:** Proven ability to coordinate diverse technical disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping). * **English:** Advanced written and spoken English proficiency for seamless communication with international teams and technical documentation review. * **Proactivity:** Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. * **Results Orientation:** Focus on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience using advanced planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). * Additional knowledge in specific areas of the industrial sector. **Why Eosol Group?** At Eosol Group, we offer you the opportunity to join a continuously growing company, where you can advance your professional career through innovative and challenging projects.
