Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Process Master (AWS) to design, optimize, and organize IT service processes based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework. Key Highlights: 1. Design and optimize IT service processes on AWS 2. Define KPIs, SLAs, and IT operational models 3. Transform chaotic processes into an efficient AWS ecosystem **Description:** ---------------- **We are looking for an IT Process Master (AWS)!** (Yes, advanced Catalan is required in this case... because SLAs sound better with "bon dia") **You will bring order to the IT universe:** * Design IT Service Processes based on the AWS Well\-Architected Framework * Create operations plans * Define KPIs and SLAs * Design IT operational models * Define roles and responsibilities (RASCI) * Design IT service catalogs on AWS * Create incident, change, problem, and request processes * Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and vendors (In short: shift from "this is how it has always been done" to "this works because it was designed by a master") **What we are looking for:** * \+3 years of experience in IT process consulting or design * Catalan * Experience working with technical and business teams **Magical bonuses if you also have:** * ServiceNow experience * ITIL v4 * AWS Architect knowledge or certification **Work Mode:** * Remote work (though residing in Barcelona is preferred) * Working hours: Office-based \+ intensive summer schedule If you want to transform chaotic processes into an AWS ecosystem under your command, join us and demonstrate your mastery!
