Training in administration or related fields is preferred; basic accounting knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in computer tools is essential. Tasks include public and telephone service, document filing and preparation, invoice and bank transfer processing (both domestic and international). The role also covers visa management, preparation of monthly reports, and procurement of office supplies. A permanent contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday: 8:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00, and Fridays: 9:00–13:00. The annual gross salary is €17,480, negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
