Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for the plastic injection area in an industrial setting, responsible for production, team coordination, and supervision of the production process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership of operators 2. Execution of mold changes and machine startup 3. Overall supervision of the production process We are looking for a candidate for a technical position in the plastic injection area at an industrial facility located in Lliçà de Vall. The candidate will be responsible for critical production tasks and will supervise a team of four operators. Main responsibilities will include performing mold changes, ensuring proper startup of injection molding machines, and overseeing the entire production process. In addition, the candidate will coordinate the work of their assigned team. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in plastic injection is required, including specific experience in mold changes and machine startup. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is also required. A permanent contract is offered with working hours aligned with these shifts and an annual gross salary between 30\.000 and 32\.000 euros, plus a night-shift allowance.
