On a day-to-day basis, you will: * **Recruitment and selection process management**: Coordinate and execute hiring processes to meet the university’s staffing needs (PDI and PAS), defining job profiles, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting leadership throughout all stages of the process. * **Onboarding and administrative personnel management**: Register employee hires and terminations with Social Security, facilitate smooth onboarding for new staff, and ensure internal systems reflect up-to-date personnel data. * **Training and professional development management**: Design, coordinate, and implement the Annual Training Plan, managing internal and external training initiatives funded via FUNDAE, and promoting continuous staff development. * **Labor relations and personnel issues**: Serve as the primary contact point for resolving labor-related issues, coordinating actions with leadership and ensuring effective, consistent HR management. * **Workplace climate and continuous improvement**: Analyze workplace climate, identify areas for improvement, and propose initiatives that foster engagement, well-being, and organizational culture. * **Strategic collaboration**: Act as an HR Business Partner for both academic and non-academic staff, providing insights and analysis on engagement, performance, and development needs. **What makes you special?** * University degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in generalist positions. * Experience handling HR inquiries, onboarding, and personnel coordination. * Experience in recruitment and labor advisory services (or similar). * Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in teams. * Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented attitude. * Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-growing environments. * Enthusiasm for contributing ideas, improving processes, and adding value to the project. **What we offer you** * Permanent, full-time employment contract. * The opportunity to join a genuinely expanding educational project. * Freedom to contribute, create, and propose. * A human, collaborative, and approachable working environment. * Real opportunities for professional development and career growth. **Benefits include:** * Discount club. * Training discounts for employees and their families. * Flexible compensation.
