You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, guaranteeing that all processes are carried out with maximum efficiency and quality. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the company’s strong performance and supporting its growth. Your responsibilities will include organizing and monitoring the production line’s activities, assigning tasks among team members, and ensuring that everything proceeds according to plan. You must ensure proper use of materials and equipment, as well as compliance with safety and quality standards. Resolving arising issues and identifying opportunities to improve processes will also be part of your daily duties. We seek someone who motivates the team and fosters a positive working environment. Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in office software (Office) and email. Completion of forklift operator training and occupational risk prevention training will be considered an advantage.
