The role focuses on cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement support across multiple projects. **Responsibilities*** Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities * Extract quantities from architectural and engineering drawings * Maintain cost summaries across design stages * Support procurement and tendering, including bid comparisons * Review and challenge contractor and supplier proposals * Build and maintain cost benchmarks * Prepare clear cost reports for internal stakeholders **Requirements*** 10\+ years of experience in construction cost estimation * Experience with hospitality and/or high\-end residential projects * Proven work on projects valued at $20M\+ * Background in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, architecture, or related field * Strong understanding of construction technologies and sequencing * Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills * Ability to work with AutoCAD and Revit * Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes * Professional working English and international project exposure **What we offer*** Work on boutique hospitality and luxury residential projects * Collaboration with an international technical team * High level of autonomy and responsibility * Fully remote, full\-time role * Competitive compensation based on experience and location Notice: This is a remote position based in Spain.

We are looking for a **Technical Architect and/or Engineer** whose main responsibility will be ensuring that all company projects and operations obtain and maintain **the necessary licenses and permits**, complying with current environmental and legal regulations; efficiently and promptly managing all legal procedures to prevent project delays and guarantee regulatory compliance at every stage of our activities. The scope of work will include Burgos, La Rioja, Valladolid, Navarra, Zaragoza, Asturias, and Cantabria. **The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:** * License and Permit Management: Coordinate and ensure the acquisition of all required licenses and permits for Greenfield projects, as well as prepare the necessary documentation for license and permit applications. * Provide necessary solutions to ensure continuity in license processing, and coordinate required information between us and engineering teams. * Monitor all reports submitted to various public administrations and agencies, as well as communicate with contracted engineering firms. * Liaise and interact with municipal authorities in the operational areas to discuss the technical feasibility of each license.
