Coordination Assistant – Home Help Service (SAD) **Location:** Burgos **Contract type:** Permanent (as per collective agreement) **Working hours:** Part-time **Start date:** Immediate Job description A company in the socio-healthcare sector is seeking a **Coordination Assistant** for its Home Help Service (SAD) in Burgos. The selected candidate will support the coordination team in the daily organization of the service, assisting with incident management, planning of staff substitutions, and providing support to both service users and auxiliary staff. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and possessing strong communication skills. Responsibilities * Daily incident schedule management and organization of auxiliary staff substitutions. * Telephone support for auxiliary staff and service users. * Communication of schedule changes, substitutions, and incidents. * Collection and recording of information for billing, productivity monitoring, and service follow-up. * Visits to users and centers. * Administrative support to the coordination department. * Collaboration on other tasks inherent to the coordination area. Requirements **Mandatory** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration, Social Integration, Care for Dependent Persons, or similar field. * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook). * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and resolve incidents promptly. **Desirable** * Experience in service coordination, administrative management, or personnel planning. * Experience in Home Help Services, dependency care, or the socio-healthcare sector. * Familiarity with shift scheduling and planning applications. * Valid driving license (category B).
