Responsibilities include surveillance and access control, assisting healthcare staff with patient mobilization and transfer, as well as transporting documentation and medical supplies. The role also involves maintaining order and security throughout the facilities, managing visitor access, and providing guidance to the public. This position operates in a dynamic environment requiring adaptability, teamwork, and an empathetic attitude toward patients and their families. Confidentiality of information must be guaranteed, and current hygiene and safety protocols must be strictly followed. The role requires constant presence across various hospital areas—from the emergency department to inpatient wards. Prior experience in healthcare settings is valued, although specific training will be provided as needed. This position is critical to fostering a positive organizational climate and ensuring operational efficiency, directly impacting service quality. Residence in Burgos city is mandatory. Availability for rotating shifts and full-time work is required. A driver's license or personal vehicle is not required.
