Educational Assistant - Night Shift

We are seeking a person for the position of educational assistant on night shift at a residential facility located in the city of Burgos, catering to children and adolescents aged 8 to 18 years. The main responsibility is to ensure the well-being, safety, and comprehensive care of minors during nighttime hours, creating a stable and appropriate environment for rest. Work will be carried out in coordination with the center's educational and technical team, following established rules and protocols. Daily responsibilities include supervising and accompanying minors, ensuring adherence to sleep routines, attending to nocturnal needs such as anxiety or nightmares, and conducting periodic rounds through bedrooms and common areas. Conflict intervention, implementation of individualized educational guidelines, and maintenance of a calm atmosphere are also required. It is essential to record incidents and communicate them to the next shift's team, as well as collaborate in basic household maintenance. Working hours are from 23:00 to 08:00. Two positions are available: one full-time role or two individuals sharing the shifts. The contract is temporary, with an annual gross salary between 18\.001 and 24\.000 euros.
