Participate in the planning, implementation, and improvement of HR processes, including recruitment, selection, internal mobility, job classification and evaluation, professional promotion, and organizational development. Maintain up-to-date HR information, organizational structures, documentation, and databases, ensuring data quality, reliability, and traceability through the SuccessFactors platform. Prepare reports, metrics, and technical documentation to support decision-making, monitoring and controlling HR processes in the areas of recruitment, organizational design, compensation, and professional development. Collaborate with other company departments and workers’ legal representatives. In collaboration with other HR departments, universities, and external entities, participate in transformation projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, as well as talent development, attraction, and management—contributing to the evolution of people management models and employee experience. Participate in internal and external audits.
