Daily responsibilities will include resolving incidents, managing documentation, and monitoring policy renewals or expirations. Additionally, acquiring new clients to build your own portfolio and acting as the direct liaison between users and the insurance company is required, always ensuring high-quality service. This position offers a full-time contract of 40 hours per week, scheduled from Monday to Friday. Working hours are organized through rotating morning and afternoon shifts, always falling within the time frame of 09:00 to 18:00, fully respecting legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial management. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Interest in the insurance sector and in establishing your own office and growing independently via a commercial contract. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent. \- University education is desirable.
