




Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide temporary coverage across various offices in Barcelona, performing duties including front-desk assistance, agenda management, and archival tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone assistance and visitor reception 2. Management and organization of the team's agenda 3. Management of documentation and file archives We are a Foundation with approximately 270 professionals, boasting a 50-year track record and committed to supporting families in vulnerable situations through social, psychological, and educational assistance. We require a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant capable of covering temporary positions across our various offices in Barcelona city. · Telephone assistance · Reception control and visitor reception at the service. . Management and organization of the team's agenda. · Management of documentation and file archives. * Minimum 1 year of experience in reception and administrative tasks * Medium-level vocational training qualification (FP) in Administration * Catalan (Advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Competencies / Knowledge: Medium-level vocational training cycle in Administration or equivalent. Advanced level of Catalan. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1450 * Additional relevant information: \-Contract type: Temporary. Initial coverage would begin on a full-time basis during the week of 23/03, 24/03, 25/03, and 26/03\. Subsequently, candidates matching this profile will be considered for any future temporary coverage needs across our offices. \-Location: Barcelona \-Working hours: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. \-Salary: 20\.300 gross euros per year (pro-rated according to actual days covered).
