**Laboratory Assistant I+D** Actively participate in the tests required to advance research and development projects. Your primary role involves collaborating in the planning and execution of tests both in the laboratory and in the pilot plant, contributing to the development of new products and the improvement of existing formulations. You will carefully prepare samples, conduct specific tests under supervision, and record all data to ensure accuracy. You will also analyze the collected information and present clear reports to the technical team, facilitating result interpretation. You will play a key role in equipment maintenance, performing calibrations and diagnosing technical issues to ensure proper operation. Additionally, you will manage material procurement and guarantee order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. This role requires constant coordination with other members of the innovation team to optimize workflows and meet objectives within scheduled deadlines. The position is temporary and is essential for sustaining the department’s daily operations, supporting analytical and logistical tasks to promote efficiency and quality across all R&D processes in Molina de Segura. A Higher Vocational Degree in Food Industry Processes and Quality is required. Practical experience in handling and calibrating laboratory and pilot plant equipment is mandatory, as well as solid knowledge of physicochemical analyses applied to raw materials and finished products. At least one year of experience in a similar position and an intermediate level of English are considered advantageous.
