And if you work on holidays, they’re compensated with extra vacation days! ### **What will you do as a Manager at La Boca Te Lía?** Your mission will be to **manage and lead daily restaurant operations** Your key responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations: kitchen, dining area, and service. Organize shifts, vacations, and team coverage. Train, motivate, and develop staff. Manage inventory, orders, wastage, and recipe cost sheets. Monitor and analyze performance indicators: average ticket, sales, food cost. Handle incidents and participate in resolving critical situations. Ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Uphold cleaning, quality, and prevention protocols. Report progress and learnings to the Operations Director. ### **Requirements:** Prior experience as a supervisor or in similar roles within hospitality or fast-casual dining. Basic knowledge of office software and digital tools. Passion for hospitality and for people. Ability to work collaboratively, learn, and progressively assume responsibility.
