At VINCLE – Association for Social Research and Action, we are seeking a Social Technician for the Prepara\-T Salt service. Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized sociolaboral integration pathways, establishing goals and actions tailored to the needs and pace of each person. Identifying training needs and facilitating access to training, employment, and professional development resources, carrying out necessary referrals and coordination. Designing, preparing, and facilitating group workshops and activities aimed at developing labor, personal, social, digital, and transversal competencies for employability. Planning, preparing, and delivering Catalan language training courses and sessions addressed to project participants, in accordance with the established curriculum and methodology. Conducting outreach, recruitment, information provision, and registration of participants for the various groups and editions of Catalan courses planned within the project. Recording and systematizing data related to registrations, attendance, participation, follow-up, completion, and outcomes of the courses, ensuring the traceability required for project evaluation and justification. Supporting, where appropriate, continued Catalan language training by advising and referring participants to standardized local resources. Coordinating linguistic training with individual sociolaboral integration pathways so that Catalan language learning becomes an effective tool to improve autonomy, employability, and access to employment opportunities. Promoting and participating in community initiatives in Salt, encouraging participation by service users and their connection with community activities, resources, and spaces. Establishing and maintaining active coordination with local stakeholders. Participating in meetings, working groups, and networked collaboration spaces, fostering referral pathways, case coordination, and joint interventions. Monitoring and recording implemented activities and keeping technical documentation and project record-keeping systems up to date. Developing didactic, informational, promotional, reporting, and memory materials, as well as other technical documentation linked to project implementation and justification. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Bachelor's degree in Social Education * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy * Bachelor's degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Requirements and competencies: MANDATORY: University degree in Social Work or Social Education, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Pedagogy, etc. Experience working with the Roma community. Experience working with groups at risk of social exclusion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. C1-level Catalan certification. Negative certificate from the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders and Human Trafficking Offenders.
