




Job Summary: We are seeking a labor administration assistant to manage employee onboarding and offboarding, resolve labor-related incidents, and handle full employment contract administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full management of employment contracts and social security procedures. 2. Resolution of labor-related incidents and monitoring of contract expiration dates. 3. Use of SILTRA and Excel for administrative tasks. We are looking for a labor administration assistant for a hospital center located in the Badalona/Santa Coloma area. Main responsibilities include processing employee onboarding and offboarding through the Social Security System RED, as well as resolving labor-related incidents. The candidate will be responsible for full employment contract administration—from signing and document collection to registration in •••••••••• They will also monitor contract expiration dates and perform other administrative tasks related to the position. Knowledge of SILTRA and strong Excel skills are required. The position is full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday. Working hours will be in the morning shift, alternating between 08:00–15:00 or 09:00–16:00, plus one day per week from 07:00 to 16:30, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum two years’ experience in managing onboarding/offboarding in the Social Security System (RED) and in employment contracting. * We seek a responsible, proactive, dynamic, and versatile individual. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. * Fluent spoken and written Catalan. \- Spanish \- Native Catalan \- Native * Vocational Training in Administration or Human Resources.
