Job Summary: We are seeking a machine operator to manage and adjust parameters of plastic compression and extrusion machinery, ensuring efficient production and product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and adjustment of parameters for compression and extrusion machinery. 2. Product quality supervision and resolution of technical issues. 3. Optimization of line performance and interdepartmental collaboration. We are looking for personnel to work as operators of plastic compression and extrusion machines in Les Franqueses del Vallès. The position focuses on managing and adjusting machine operating parameters—such as temperatures, pressures, and work cycles—to ensure efficient production. Key responsibilities include coordinating machine startups and format changes, supervising final product quality, and resolving any technical issues arising during the process. Additionally, the role involves optimizing line performance, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and closely collaborating with other departments to improve workflow sequences. Full-time employment (40 hours per week), scheduled Monday through Friday on rotating shifts. * Experience in maintenance. * We seek a versatile and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Personal vehicle required for commuting to the workplace. * Proficiency in using hand tools. . * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, Automation/Robotics or similar; Technical Engineering degree is an advantage.
