At Grocasa, we have been growing for over 10 years and are looking for real estate advisors to join our team. No prior experience is required: we will train you from day one and provide step-by-step guidance to help you master the profession. **What We Offer:** * Permanent employment contract. We invest in you from day one. * Fixed monthly gross salary of €1,425. * Commissions starting from your first closed transaction. You will earn variable income based on your performance, with commission percentages increasing according to your results. As a reference, an advisor with approximately six months of experience typically earns around €500 per month in commissions on average. * Initial training during the first three months. You will receive foundational training via our proprietary platform, live online sessions, and in-person workshops. * Ongoing stage-based training. After initial training, you will continue to access content and workshops to advance your real estate career within Grocasa. * Professional growth. You can progress within the company and eventually open your own office, multiplying your earnings. Our advisors may begin this path after about two years. * Guidance and support from day one. You will receive continuous mentoring, technological tools, and team support to learn how to effectively work your assigned area and manage clients. * Stable working hours Monday to Friday: 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00. * Weekends off. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** You will work in an assigned area, assisting property owners and buyers throughout the buying and selling process. Your main responsibilities will include: * Proactive property acquisition in your assigned area. * Direct contact with property owners. * Building and managing a client portfolio. * Scheduling property viewings. * Negotiating and closing transactions. * Client follow-up throughout the entire process. * Goal-oriented teamwork. You won’t be alone!
