




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in industrial maintenance and reliability for the Rail Train Department, focused on optimizing electrical performance and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate on improving equipment reliability and availability 2. Ensure the implementation of electrical safety improvements 3. Participate in improvement projects, renovations, and electrical modifications We are looking for an **Electrical Maintenance Engineer**, with experience in industrial maintenance and reliability, to join the **Rail Train** maintenance department. The main responsibilities of this position are: * Support the **execution and monitoring of corrective and preventive electrical maintenance tasks** in production facilities. * Collaborate on **improving equipment reliability and availability**, analyzing recurring failures and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure the implementation of **electrical safety** improvements within their area. * Participate in the **implementation of safety improvements**, ensuring compliance with safe work procedures for electrical activities (LV/MV). * Provide support in the **planning and coordination of scheduled and unscheduled electrical maintenance shutdowns**. * Supervise and support **work performed by external contractors**, verifying quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. * Collaborate in the **definition, updating, and application of maintenance procedures** and task analysis. * Support the **technical control of electrical spare parts and materials**, ensuring their proper use and availability. * Analyze technical incidents and **propose improvements to equipment, electrical systems, automation, and instrumentation.** * **Conduct failure and root cause analyses**, applying various methodologies (RCA, A3, FMEA/AMFE, Pareto analysis, etc.) to reduce recurring failures and improve equipment reliability. * Participate in **improvement projects, renovations, and electrical modifications** of facilities. * Use maintenance management tools (CMMS / SAP PM) for **tracking work orders and historical records**. Requirements: * Degree in **Engineering** with an **electrical specialization**. * Minimum 3 years of **experience in corrective and preventive electrical maintenance in industrial environments**. * Advanced training in **Occupational Risk Prevention** will be valued. * Basic knowledge of **failure analysis** and **reliability improvement**. * Experience with **LV and MV electrical installations, industrial automation, and instrumentation**. * Experience in production environments involving maintenance shutdowns and work coordination. * Maintenance of industrial electrical installations (LV/MV). * Industrial automation (PLCs, sensors, actuators). * Knowledge and/or experience with SAP will be valued. * Fluent English (spoken and written) **At ArcelorMittal, we believe in Zero.** We believe in the goal of zero accidents, and all employees of the company work toward achieving it. *ArcelorMittal is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
