At this time, as a recruitment marketplace, we are seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** for our client to oversee material receipt and the comprehensive management of their warehouses. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control of receipt of all materials received at the Group’s facilities. * Comprehensive warehouse management. * Stock management and control. * Preparation and delivery of material shipments against projects, as well as deliveries made to subcontractors and suppliers. * Control and supervision of personnel under their responsibility. * Receipt, verification, and placement of materials. * Assignment of materials to projects and supply to the Production department. * Control of material inflows and outflows, and tracking according to the weekly delivery schedule. * Preparation and delivery of project materials for loading. * Conducting periodic inventories. * Identification and labeling of materials. * Placement and proper arrangement of materials within warehouses. * Replenishment of spare parts and routinely consumed materials. * Segregation of waste generated by their work. **REQUIREMENTS** * Vocational training (FP) or higher education qualification. * Experience using office management tools. * Advanced proficiency in ERP systems. * Operation of forklifts and overhead cranes. * Ability to manage personnel under their supervision. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
