




Job Summary: We are seeking staff for customer service and ticket sales, providing information on schedules, fares, and services, resolving inquiries, and managing reservations. Key Points: 1. We are looking for a person to perform customer service and ticket sales duties. Main responsibilities include providing information on departure and arrival times, detailing fares, discounts, and available routes, as well as communicating delays, cancellations, or last-minute changes. Additionally, the role involves resolving customer inquiries, explaining onboard services, monitoring passenger capacity, recording reservations, and registering customers. For this position, proficiency in English and basic knowledge of office software are required. The contract is temporary, from June 15 to September 15. Weekly schedule is as follows: Mondays are days off; Tuesdays: 11:00–14:00 and 18:00–22:30; Wednesdays and Thursdays: 18:00–22:30 only; Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays: two shifts, 11:00–14:00 and 18:00–22:30\. Compensation complies with the applicable collective agreement.
