A construction company located in the Lorca area is seeking a construction laborer to carry out the following tasks: * Actively participate in construction execution tasks: excavation, spreading, compaction, filling, placement of curbs and paving stones. * Provide support to skilled workers in structural and finishing tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Basic control and maintenance of assigned tools and equipment. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, individual and collective protective measures on site. * Report incidents or anomalies to the site supervisor. Full-time schedule of 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday, split shift between 08:00 and 18:00, with variable start/end times depending on the season (summer\-winter), including legally established breaks. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in road construction, urban development, pipeline installation, or asphalt paving. * Valid class B driver's license and own vehicle. * Immediate availability to start. * We are looking for a committed, proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented person. * Residence in Lorca or surrounding areas within approximately 30\-40 km. * Candidates interested in taking on roles as skilled worker/supervisor will be valued. * 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course (according to construction industry agreement).\- Training in operating light machinery (vibratory plate, cutter, pneumatic hammer, etc.).\- 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course is an advantage.
