Job Opening: Bar and Restaurant Server Location: Desert Springs Resort Contract Type: Permanent / Fixed-Term Intermittent Working Hours: 40 hours per week Job Description We are seeking an experienced server to join our team at Desert Springs. As a server, you will be part of our Food & Beverage (F&B) team, ensuring excellent customer service and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities * Collaborate with the dining room team to ensure high-quality service. * Monitor the guest experience from arrival to departure. * Manage reservations and ensure efficient organization of service. * Supervise proper presentation of food and beverages. * Maintain smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. * Resolve any guest issues or complaints professionally and promptly. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the restaurant. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. * Leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Experience in events and banquets. * Knowledge of service protocols and haute cuisine. * Operational management skills. Preferred Qualifications * Education in hospitality or restaurant management. * Languages: English; additional languages are a plus.
