At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, a hotel chain with over 50 years of experience, we are looking for a **Technical Services Officer** for our **Playamojácar Hotel**, located in **Mojácar (Almería).** **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned facilities. * Conduct tests and inspections according to protocols to ensure the safe operation of equipment and infrastructure. * Monitor water, electricity, and gas consumption, reporting any incidents to your supervisor. * Provide technical support to guests and staff for the safe use of equipment. * Use tools, materials, and PPE appropriately, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Record incidents and report any anomalies affecting hotel operations. * Comply with safety procedures and applicable regulations (PRL and Legionella). * Uphold and convey the brand image and values in all your actions. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training in Electricity or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in general hotel maintenance or similar environments. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance. **What do we offer you?** * Full-time schedule. * Fixed-term discontinuous contract. * Real opportunities for **growth** and **development.** * **Exclusive benefits**, including discounts at our establishments, complimentary stays on your birthday, health insurance and banking partnerships, and much more!
