At this moment, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking for a **Process Improvement Engineer** for our client located in Lorca and surrounding areas. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze and optimize production processes in the plant, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective actions. * Apply Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, time analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Work closely with logistics, shipping, disassembly, and planning departments to ensure proper operational coordination. * Monitor efficiency, productivity, and quality performance indicators. * Participate in automation and packaging projects, especially those aimed at optimizing performance. * Manage plant teams closely, efficiently, and results-oriented. * Work under pressure while ensuring achievement of organizational goals. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Solid knowledge of production processes and plant operations. * Experience in automated packaging and production control systems is desirable. * Practical and solution-oriented profile, combining 50% operational experience with 50% analytical capability. **What does the company offer?** * Join a solid and industry-leading company. * Salary range between 35,000\-40,000€, depending on experience. * Working hours from 8:00 to 17:30\. * An evolving industrial environment where you can contribute and develop your expertise in continuous improvement.
