Customer service and technical support A company based in Madrid is looking for a post-sales technician to work in the municipality of Sant Boi de Llobregat. Requirements: \- Driving license: B \- Vocational training (FP) at intermediate or advanced level in mechanics or electronics. \- Responsible, organized, customer-oriented, and proactive individual. \- Interest in continuous improvement and technical training. \- Willingness to travel. \- Basic level of English. \- Proficiency in Office 365 tools. They offer: \- Permanent contract. \- Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–14:30 and 15:30–18:15; Friday, 8:00–15:00. \- Gross monthly salary of €1,847 plus a variable component of up to €4,700 and a company car. \- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment and software at customer sites. \- Diagnosis, repair, and preventive/corrective maintenance. \- Technical training for users on equipment and software usage. \- On-site, telephone, and remote technical support and assistance. \- Collaboration with the sales team during demonstrations and trade fairs. \- Administrative management related to service (CRM, work reports, quotations, reports, customer satisfaction surveys). \- Sales of maintenance contracts and associated services. \- Coordination with the technical director and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. * INTERMEDIATE LEVEL FP QUALIFICATION * English (spoken: basic, written: basic) * Competencies / knowledge: Organization, responsibility, initiative. * Willingness to travel * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1847
