




We are seeking an experienced individual for a growing residential care center. A strong background in team management and scheduling is required. This role will be essential in bridging communication between management and care staff, playing a key role in the center’s daily operations. Responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating work teams, as well as organizing and managing shifts, schedules, and coverage. Direct operational support to management will also be provided. The position further involves monitoring staff performance, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with protocols and quality standards. The ability to resolve incidents with sound judgment, leadership, and decision-making skills will be highly valued. Proven experience in team management is required, preferably in residential or socio-healthcare settings. Leadership, organizational, decision-making, communication, responsibility, and commitment skills are sought. Full-time availability is required. A permanent position is offered at a center with a stable, ongoing development project. **Experience:** Minimum of 12 months **Educational Level:** Medium-level vocational training qualification or equivalent **Regulated Training:** NURSING ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN
